After March 1, 2026, whenever a public entity is required by law or by order or rule of court to publish advertise a legal notice, the public entity shall make the complete text of the legal notice publicly accessible on its official Internet website free-of-charge. The website publication requirements will supersede the current newspaper publication requirement to publish in a newspaper with statewide circulation.
